The Planning Commission has created a comprehensive community plan from which the City of Buckhannon is now in the process of reviewing to complete those areas mandated by the State as provided in Chapter 3 of Article 8A. The current draft of the plan is available below as well as a copy of the West Virginia Code for your review and comment.
